Here, a futon gives guests a place to relax, and can sleep 2 children. Just up the stairs you’ll find a sitting area overlooking the main living space, and offers more ocean views. Pull back the curtains to allow for privacy. Convert this reading nook into a bedroom by sliding the bookcase to the side and pulling out the full-sized Murphy bed. Off of the living room, you’ll find a serene alcove with sitting chairs and a small library, perfect for enjoying your morning cup of tea or coffee and reading that book you brought along. The master features a king-sized bed, large walk-in closet, and master bath complete with double sinks, a shower and bathtub. The master bedroom is located on the main level and looks out onto the ocean. This unique open floor plan evokes a sense of community but also provides enough areas for privacy. The alcove library and living space flow into the spacious fully-equipped kitchen area and a half bathroom.
